Poster Submission & Demo Requests

Posters

All registered in-person participants may present a posters at the event. Posters will only be displayed at the event and will not be published, as such they will not be peer reviewed. Posters must be submitted by 5pm (Washington DC time) Thursday September 28 at the latest. While we reserve the exclusive right to reject / remove posters we determine are inappropriate, the expectation is that all submitted posters will be displayed and may be presented to other participants during the poster session (during lunch on each day). 

Poster contents can be from sources including but not limited to:

  • Previously published academia papers, book chapters
  • Work in-progress 
  • Project proposals
  • Relevant products or tools developed 
  • Software platforms
  • Policies, community guidance, or best practices

Poster size: The suggested size is A0. 

NOTE: You will need to print out your poster and bring it with you to the event. Poster easels will be provided.

Software Demos

We have a limited number of spots for those with software products to demonstrate them to the audience. The demonstration may be live, or may involve slides / video presenting a walkthrough of the software. If you would like to provide a demo please complete the additional information on the form and submit by 5pm (Washington DC time) Thursday September 28 at the latest. You can submit the form without also uploading a poster if you wish, but we encourage you to have a poster about your software as well.
