Registration

Regular registration opened at the start of September and will be available until the conclusion of the conference. This registration can be used for either in-person or online attendance. After registering, please use this form to confirm if you are attending in-person or online. 

Visa letters will be automatically generated on completion of registration (including full payment).  As per IEEE policy, visa letters cannot be issued until payment has been received. We encourage participants to join us in person in order to fully engage with the program, however, we do allow online presentation and those with accepted papers or abstracts who are unable to join us in person will still be able to present.  

Registration includes access (online or in-person) to the three keynote panels, paper presentation, talks, an IEEE Standards Association workshop or Public Policy workshop (with IEEE Global Public Policy Committee and IEEE Ruopean Public Policy Committee), and TechEthics Workshops.
